A List Partners Management, LLC (ALPM) manages a Real Estate Investment (REI) FUND filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission under Regulation D Rule 506 as well as with the appropriate departments of any State in which resides an investor in the fund. The fund was created to bring together the benefits of a diversification of real estate investments while reducing some of the barriers to entry of individual real estate investors who are faced with navigating all of the various types of real estate investing on their own. By investing in an REI FUND such as ours, investors have access to a team with a vast knowledge of all facets of real estate experience. Investors are able to participate in real estate transactions that normally require a great deal of their personal time commitment, a deep knowledge of all things real estate and bigger capital requirements. Our fund combines preservation of capital, secured by real property, and diversification, while offering returns often associated with higher risk investments in a diversified portfolio of traded securities at a lower risk because the investments are spread out over several types of real estate investments.

Our REI FUND is structured to be an income fund. The assets in our portfolio (the majority of which are located in Texas) are limited to the following classes of real estate:
